Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SolarSales Pro platform, operated by KLT GROUP LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("SolarSales Pro," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use SolarSales Pro. The services are intended for business use by solar installation professionals.

To use SolarSales Pro, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your first and last name
• A valid email address
• Your company name
• The website where the simulator will be installed

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at contact@solarsales-pro.com.

Access to SolarSales Pro requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly plan: $97 per month
• Annual plan: $797 per year (approximately $66 per month)

All prices are exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law. Pricing for paid add-ons is shown in your account dashboard.

We may offer a 7-day free trial on the base subscription. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the then-current price.

You can cancel at any time during the trial from your account settings, with no charge.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly plans are charged each month on the anniversary date of your signup; annual plans are charged once for the year. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

You can manage your subscription and payment methods at any time from your account Settings.

SolarSales Pro offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription and does not apply to renewals.

To qualify for the guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The widget must have been installed and active on your website for at least 14 days
• The widget must have recorded at least 200 impressions (views) during that period
• The widget must have been customized (logo or colors changed)
• The refund request must be made within 30 days of your first payment

These conditions ensure the service was genuinely tested under conditions representative of normal use.

To request a refund under this guarantee, email contact@solarsales-pro.com with your name, your account email, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings, under the "Subscription" section. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until that date.

No refunds after a charge: Except as expressly provided in the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above, all charges are non-refundable, including if you forget to cancel before a renewal. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining portion of a billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for a new period; you can do this at any time from your account Settings without contacting support.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

By using SolarSales Pro, you agree to:

• Use the service for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms
• Provide accurate information about your business
• Not use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Respect SolarSales Pro's intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access data you are not authorized to access
• Not resell or redistribute the service without our authorization
• Comply with all applicable laws when handling lead data collected through the simulator, including applicable U.S. federal and state privacy and telemarketing laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

As a user of SolarSales Pro, you are responsible for the personal information of the leads collected through the simulator installed on your website. You are the business/controller of that data and you must, among other things:

• Inform your website visitors that their information is being collected
• Maintain a privacy policy that complies with applicable law
• Obtain any consent required before contacting leads by phone, text, or email (including for autodialed or prerecorded communications under the TCPA)
• Process the collected data in accordance with applicable law and honor consumers' privacy rights

SolarSales Pro acts as a service provider/processor that handles lead data on your behalf and only as needed to provide the service.

SolarSales Pro, including its source code, design, features, and content, is the exclusive property of KLT GROUP LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service solely in connection with your subscription and in accordance with these Terms.

We strive to provide a high-quality service and optimal platform availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of scheduled maintenance.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will generate any particular number of leads or business results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLT GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR CUSTOMERS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

IN ANY EVENT, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF KLT GROUP LLC IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

We want to resolve any dispute quickly and cost-effectively. Before filing a claim, please contact us at contact@solarsales-pro.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and KLT GROUP LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

Class action waiver: Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and KLT GROUP LLC waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.

30-day opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing contact@solarsales-pro.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out." Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect.

Continuing to use the service after the new Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of them.
